A Career Built in the Dealerships

Rob’s automotive career started early. At just 16 years old, he was working as a lot attendant while still in high school, inspired by his father, a lifelong auto manager and enthusiast. That foundation carried him into roles as service advisor, sales, finance, and eventually sales management. Along the way, Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Services, blending his love of process with a commitment to helping people.

Dedicated to Training, Process, and Growth

Rob has seen firsthand that the finance office is about more than selling—it’s about creating a process that builds trust, delivers value, and protects the dealer. His passion for F&I training and process development makes him a natural fit for Elite FI Partners. He understands the importance of coaching and continuous support, helping dealerships maximize both performance and compliance while creating lasting customer satisfaction.

Expanding Our Presence in Buffalo

With Rob joining the team, we’re expanding our reach across Buffalo and Western New York. He’ll be working with dealers to implement industry-leading F&I products, structured training programs, and ongoing F&I support designed to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Whether it’s reinsurance, profit-sharing, or innovative protection products, Rob will help bring the Elite FI advantage to more dealers in the region.
