Who We Hire

Our primary focus is on Sub-Agents who are passionate about helping dealers succeed and building lasting partnerships. As a Sub-Agent with Elite FI, you’ll work directly with dealerships to introduce products, train teams, and support reinsurance and profit-sharing programs. Your role will involve building strong dealer connections, guiding finance processes, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the center of everything we do. We look for individuals who have previous experience in a dealership, lender, or automotive role, as that foundation provides the credibility and insight needed to truly add value. How It Works

At Elite FI, our Sub-Agent program is designed to provide flexibility, independence, and unlimited growth. Sub-Agents operate on a 100% commission-based model, giving you full control over your earning potential. You’ll establish and grow dealer relationships, supported every step of the way by Elite FI Partners management and our proven systems. This is not like a traditional dealership role. There are no rigid schedules, no territory restrictions, and no caps on growth. You set your own schedule, pursue opportunities in the markets you want, and the more dealers you sign and partner with, the greater your potential becomes. Elite FI provides the platform, tools, and support. You bring the drive and relationships to build something lasting.

Questions About Joining Elite FI

Do I need prior F&I experience?
Strong dealership, lender, or automotive background is highly preferred. Sub-Agents succeed when they bring industry knowledge and credibility.

Are roles remote?
Yes. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule and pursue opportunities in the markets you choose. Some travel may be required for dealer visits or events.

Do you offer training and support?
Absolutely. Elite FI provides ongoing coaching, Elite FI Academy courses, and management support to help you succeed.

How is compensation structured?
This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap. The more dealers you partner with, the greater your earning potential.

What qualities make someone successful as a Sub-Agent?
Energy, drive, professionalism, and the ability to build strong dealer relationships. We look for self-starters who thrive in an independent role.

What kind of products and programs will I represent?
You’ll have access to a full portfolio of F&I products, profit-sharing programs, and reinsurance solutions tailored to dealer needs.

Is there a limit to where I can work?
No. There are no territory restrictions. You’re free to follow connections and leads wherever they take you.
