Usually, when the Elite FI Partners name pops up in your inbox, you expect to read about reinsurance structures, strategies to boost F&I product penetration, or the latest compliance red flags.
We know it’s the end of the month and you are likely trying to squeeze in those last few deals before closing the showroom doors for the holiday. It’s been a year of navigating inventory shifts, rate changes, and evolving consumer demands.
But today is the day before Thanksgiving. And honestly? You deserve a break from the grind.
At Elite FI Partners, we know how hard you work to protect the dealership's bottom line and build personal wealth through participation programs. But we also believe that the ultimate goal of all that hard work isn't just a healthy retro check—it’s the freedom to enjoy quality time with the people who matter most.

So, for one day, we are pivoting. No talk of VSCs, GAP, or audits. Instead, we’re focusing on the only "menu" that matters tomorrow.
If you are looking for last-minute additions to your table that offer a "High ROI" (minimal effort, maximum flavor), here is an Elite FI double feature to try out.
Part 1: The "High-Yield" Side Dish
Maple & Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Forget the boiled sprouts of the past. This dish is crispy, savory, sweet, and guaranteed to close 100% of the table. It’s the perfect accessory to the main turkey deal.

The Specs:
1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
4 strips of thick-cut bacon (chopped raw)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp maple syrup (the real stuff)
Salt and cracked black pepper
The Process:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
The Mix: Combine the sprouts, chopped raw bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper right on a sheet pan. Toss it all together with your hands until thoroughly coated.
The Spread: Spread them out in a single layer. (Crucial tip: Crowding the pan makes them steam and get soggy; giving them space makes them crispy. Don't rush the process.)
The Roast: Bake for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are charred on the edges.
The Glaze: Immediately upon removing from the oven, drizzle the maple syrup over the hot pan and toss to coat for that final savory-sweet finish.
Part 2: The Cocktail

The Reinsurance Policy" (A Maple Old Fashioned)
Sometimes, after a long day of negotiating with lenders and customers, the best policy is a good drink. This is sophisticated, simple to build, and highly effective.
2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
1 tsp Maple Syrup (use the same bottle from the sprouts)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel for garnish
The Execution: Add the syrup and bitters to a rocks glass. Add a large ice cube. Pour the whiskey over the ice. Stir for 15 seconds. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils and drop it in.
A Final Note on Gratitude
Just like a successful F&I office relies on a consistent process, a great Thanksgiving dinner does too. It's about preparation, timing, and executing the plan so everyone leaves happy.
The most valuable asset we hold isn't in a cession statement; it’s the health and happiness of our families and teams.
We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with you. We hope your Thanksgiving is filled with great food, no "heat cases," and a well-deserved break.
Happy Thanksgiving,
The Elite FI Partners Team
