Coverage that keeps your fleet on the road. Our Commercial Fleet Service Contracts protect every truck, minimize downtime, and maximize profitability.

Running a fleet or medium-duty operation comes with daily challenges—unplanned breakdowns, expensive repairs, and downtime that can quickly cut into profits. For dealerships and fleet managers, protecting those assets isn’t just a smart decision—it’s essential to keeping drivers on the road and customers satisfied.

That’s where our Commercial Fleet Service Contracts come in. Designed for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, these programs deliver unmatched protection, cost control, and reliability. Whether you’re operating a delivery fleet, a construction business, or a municipal transit system, our coverage ensures your vehicles stay productive while safeguarding your bottom line.

Two Levels of Coverage – Foundation & Summit

Foundation Coverage

Our Foundation plan provides critical protection for the most essential components that keep your vehicles moving. It covers the engine, cooling system, automatic and manual transmissions, drive axles, front-wheel, all-wheel, rear-wheel, and four-wheel drive systems, along with fluids and seals when related to covered repairs.

This coverage is built for businesses that need dependable protection against the most common and costly breakdowns, keeping fleet vehicles on the road without overwhelming budgets.

Summit Coverage

For fleets seeking maximum uptime and peace of mind, the Summit plan goes even further. In addition to everything included in Foundation, Summit expands coverage to all factory-equipped mechanical and electrical components—with limited exclusions such as standard maintenance items, glass, and upholstery.

Summit Coverage is ideal for heavy-duty fleets, delivery trucks, and specialized vehicles where every hour of downtime directly impacts revenue.

Industry-Leading Surcharges & Add-On Protections

One of the most powerful features of our program is the ability to tailor coverage to each fleet’s unique needs. Both Foundation and Summit plans offer industry-leading surcharges, extending protection far beyond traditional service contracts.

Downtime Reimbursement

If a covered vehicle is out of service, fleets can receive up to $500 per day for 10 days, totaling up to $5,000 per occurrence. This safeguard helps businesses recover lost revenue when downtime can’t be avoided.

Rental Reimbursement

Keep your business moving with up to $250 per day in rental reimbursement, ensuring a replacement vehicle is available when repairs are underway .

Wearables & Brakes

Contracts can be enhanced to cover wear-and-tear items like belts, hoses, seals, gaskets, brake pads, and rotors—critical for high-mileage fleets.

Specialized Equipment

For businesses with unique operational needs, we offer surcharges covering:

  • Hydraulics – cylinders, pumps, hoses, and controls.

  • Trailers – brake systems, suspension, and electrical components.

  • Refrigeration Units – essential for the delivery of perishable goods.

  • Auxiliary Power Units (APU) – protecting additional onboard systems.
