Brian Moore

Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Brian Moore has always brought a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships into everything he does. At 18, he relocated to Washington to attend Eastern Washington University, earning his degree in Marketing before beginning his career with Greystar Management. It was there that Brian developed a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and client relationship management.

 

His career path eventually led him into the automotive industry, where he quickly distinguished himself at a dealership in Tucson. In just a year, he rose from sales into leadership, becoming Sales Manager and later General Manager of a 100-unit inventory lot. Over the next four years, Brian established a reputation for operational excellence, overseeing a range of responsibilities that included inventory management, title processing, team development, and customer experience. His ability to solve daily challenges while driving growth reflected his natural leadership and hands-on approach.

 

Brian later expanded into the new car retail sector, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both independent and franchise operations. Today, he brings that expertise to Elite FI Partners, where his mission is clear: to help dealerships overcome challenges in the F&I space, streamline their processes, and elevate the customer experience.
