Andy Hilton

Account Development & Product Specialist

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Andy Hilton built his career in automotive retail on a foundation of hard work and strong relationships. He began in 2005 selling Jeeps at a single-point dealership, learning the business from the ground up and quickly earning a reputation for taking care of both customers and the store.

 

Over the past 20 years, Andy has held roles in Internet Sales, Special Finance, Sales Management, Desking, and General Management. He has managed high-volume inventories, structured complex deals, purchased vehicles at auction, and led dealership teams through daily operations and long-term growth initiatives. His experience includes time at one of the highest-volume dealerships in the country, where performance and accountability were non-negotiable.

 

He later transitioned into franchise leadership, overseeing sales operations for a nationally recognized luxury automotive brand. That combination of independent and franchise experience gives Andy a well-rounded, real-world understanding of dealership performance at every level.

 

Today, Andy works with dealerships through Elite FI Partners to improve sales execution, strengthen deal structure, enhance product performance, and build teams that drive sustainable results. His approach is simple and consistent: show up, do the work, and build relationships that last.
